SHIPPING POLICY

Your Artisan & Co. products are made in small batches and for optimal freshness are often made to order. All items will be shipped as quickly as possible as we know you are super excited to receive your products. Most orders will ship within 7-10 days. You will be notified if your order is expected to take a bit longer. I appreciate your patience. Local pick-up is available as well. Please contact us for details if you live in the Lacey, WA area.

RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are on a case-by-case basis as the nature of our products varies greatly.

Due to safety and health concerns as well as quality standards, we do not accept returns on any

skin care, beard care, cosmetic, bath or body products. 

If your item arrives damaged please send us a message along with your name, order information, and a photo of the item and the outside of the package. A claim will be filed with the shipping carrier. All products that are damaged will be replaced as long as the above criteria is met.

If there is a quality issue with your purchase please message us immediately

and each inquiry will be handled promptly.

 

Ultimately, we want every purchase to be loved! If a package does not arrive as stated

in your tracking please send us a message and contact your local postmaster.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail but will do everything we can do to help!

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

A few of our products are eligible for wholesale production. However please keep in mind that 

wholesale quantities have a longer production time as all of our products are made in small batches.
